This Payment and Refund Policy governs all financial transactions related to services provided by Lux Drive London.

Lux Drive London Payment And Refund Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer (for pre-approved clients)
  • Monthly invoicing (corporate clients only)

2. Payment Terms

  • All individual bookings must be paid in full prior to the journey unless otherwise agreed.
  • Bookings will not be considered confirmed until full payment or a deposit is received.

3. Deposits

  • We reserve the right to request a deposit for long-distance or large-scale bookings.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled journey.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: 100% Refund
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of service time: 50% Refund
  • No-show or cancellation after dispatch: No Refund
  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Amendments

  • Booking changes must be communicated at least 12 hours before the scheduled service.
  • All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Disputes

Any disputes regarding payments or refunds should be submitted in writing to info@luxdrivelondon.co.uk within 7 days of the service date.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of the agreed booking terms.

8. Force Majeure

We will not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or payment-related issues caused by events outside our control including but not limited to extreme weather, strikes, or system failures.
